Removal of icon in "Programs"

Hi People

I have installed a program that i want to now remove form My Imate Jamin
I have uninstalled in Add Remove programs and everywhere else i could see the name however i still see the name and icon under the Programs option.

How do i delete this from my Phone.

Please help

Don't quite know 100% sure if this is going to work but I've tried this before with varied success. Try to do a soft reset and wait for the phone to turn on. After that, go back to the programs and see if it is still there. If it is, try running it. If it doesn't run, then you have no problem (just an annoyance)...but if it doesn't run successfully, then you have removed it. You may also want to try and see where you saved the program on your phone (mem card vs. phone) and see if you find anything else. i hope this helps. To erase the icon you can follow this sequence:

Open file explorer (PDA)
Open Windows folder
Open Start Menu folder
Open Programs folder
Search the icon you want to cut, tap it for a long time and tap delete.

Some "bad" applications, after remove it, can forget files and folder...

generally, a "bad" application can usually leave Folders (one almost with the name containing the application title) inside Program Files, in root of your device.
So, the suggest is to check in Start Menu and Program files...
