HD2 is HTC's flagship multimedia device but no TV-out?

Man as excited as i am about HTC finally making an "iphone killer" 3 years too late, why would they leave out a TV out option? I dont know if im alone here, but it seems like every time HTC takes a few steps forward, they have to also take a few steps back. The snapdragon processor is a beast, why not take advantage of it, but enabling the device to output 720p videos to a HDTV?? Everything else about the phone looks great! Love the LED flash, 5MP camera, capacitive screen, thin profile, and huge screen.
