Total Commander for either Smartphone, or Pocket Pc, it allows you to change any file on your phone, even hidden and read only files in the system folder. A must have for anyone that is doing customizations on their device Total Commander

Description/notes: Allows you to configure your TF3D interface, it also has some performance tweaks aswell
