If you don't like the native user interface for Windows Mobile, you have options. Spb Mobile Shell, which we really like, is one such example, and it does a great job at putting all of your most used apps and tasks into a central location.
Winterface from VITO, if you recall, takes an iPhone-like approach to making a new interface for Windows Mobile. It's comprised of several screens that you can change by sliding your finger. On these screens are icons that you can customize and move - further, you can set any program to be a new icon. Winterface has been updated today with support for weather via a free plugin, plus improves page scrolling. It's priced at around $20 (a trial is available) and works on any touchscreen Windows Mobile device.
